Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

  • This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled across all onedevon.one subscription-based applications. We aim to keep things simple and fair for our users.

  • Where offered, new subscribers receive a free trial period. During this time:

    • You have full access to the application

    • Your payment method will not be charged

    • You may cancel at any time before the trail ends with no charge

    • If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the standard rate

    Devon Fitness: Trial Period

    Devon Fitness offers a 14-day free trial for all new subscribers.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal. To access it:

    • Open the application and navigate to Settings

    • Tap “Manage Subscription” in the Subscription section

    • Follow the prompts in the Stripe Billing Portal to cancel

    You can also contact us at support@onedevon.one and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.

  • When you cancel your subscription:

    • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period

    • You will not be charged for any future billing periods

    • Your account and any stored data are retained in case you wish to re-subscribe

    • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access

  • As a general policy, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

    However, we want to be fair. If you believe you have been charged in error, or if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@onedevon.one and we will review your case individually.

  • If we change subscription pricing, we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notification period. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

    Devon Fitness: Current Pricing

    Devon Fitness is currently priced at $2.50 CAD per month.
