  • onedevon.one (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole proprietorship operated out of Ontario, Canada. We are committed to protecting the privacy of users across all applications and services we develop. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use any of our applications or visit our website.

  • 2.1 Account Information

    When you create an account with any onedevon.one application, we collect:

    • Email address

    • Authentication credentials (managed securely through our authentication provider)

    2.2 Usage Data

    We may collect general usage data to improve our applications, including how you interact with features and general app performance metrics.

    2.3 Payment Information

    Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information on our servers. Stripe may collect and process your payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

    Devon Fitness: Application-Specific Data

    Devon Fitness collects and stores the following data locally on your device and synced to your account:

    • Body profile information (height, weight, age, sex) that you voluntarily provide

    • Workout logs and exercise history

    • Scheduled workouts and custom routines

    • Weight log entries and trends

    • App preferences and settings (difficulty level, equipment access, sound, units)

  • We use the information we collect to:

    • Provide, maintain, and improve our applications

    • Process subscriptions and manage your account

    • Communicate important updates about our services

    • Respond to your support requests

    We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade database hosting with encryption at rest and in transit. All connections to our services use HTTPS encryption. Payment information is processed and stored exclusively by Stripe using industry-standard PCI-DSS compliant security.

    Devon Fitness: Local Storage

    Devon Fitness stores workout data locally on your device using browser storage (IndexedDB) for fast, offline-capable access. This data remains on your device unless you explicitly export it.

  • Our applications use the following third-party services:

    • Supabase - Authentication and database hosting

    • Stripe - Payment processing and subscription management

    • Vercel - Application hosting and delivery

    Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.

  • You have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you

    • Request correction of inaccurate information

    • Request deletion of your account and associated data

    • Export your data at any time

    • Withdraw consent for data processing

    Devon Fitness: Data Export

    Devon Fitness includes a built-in data export feature under Settings > Data Backup that allows you to download all of your workout data, weight logs, and profile information as a JSON at any time.

  • Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through our applications or by email. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
